• What is Jesmonite?

Jesmonite is a more eco-friendly alternative to epoxy resin. It is also an acrylic-gypsum composite, which is strong, exhibits high durability, non-toxic and lightweight. Each jesmonite piece is sealed using water and heat resistant varnish to protect it from staining. Please consult the official Jesmonite website for more details.

• Are your products nickel free?

Our jewellery is nickel free. However, our keyrings are made out of zinc with nickel plating.

• What are the Processing and Shipping times?

Our processing time is up to 14 days. However, we aim to send out the orders within 5 business days.

£1.00 for Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) within the UK for orders under £25 and free Standard Shipping for orders over £25.

• Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment.

• Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we do on our Jesmonite Collection. Please fill out the form here and we will get back to you with the wholesale prices as soon as possible.

• What is your Return Policy?

All returns are free. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at foxandbunnyrise@gmail.com to request a refund.

Please note that no returns and refunds are available when purchasing our digital products.

• Incorrect shipping address, what do I do?

You can email us as soon as possible at foxandbunnyrise@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and the correct shipping address for your order. We will update the details for you. Please note that we will only be able to make changes to your shipping address before you receive your shipping confirmation email. After this, we will be unable to change your shipping address. It is customer's resposibility to provide the correct shipping address and therefore Fox and Bunny Rise will not send the replacement products or refund in case of incorrect shipping information.
